1. How Much Is My Commodity?

A: The Price Displayed On The Website Is The Actual Price Of The Product, Including Domestic Freight In China, And The Service Fee Charged By The Website.

 

2.Where Will My Goods Be Sent?

A: All Products Ordered From The Website Will Be Sent To The CFB Cooperative Warehouse. When The Goods Arrive At The Warehouse, You Need To Arrange The Shipping Lines And Pay The International Freight Yourself.

 

3.If I Am Not Satisfied With QC, Can I Return / Exchange It?

A: If You Are Not Satisfied, You Can Submit A Return / Exchange Application On The Website, And We Will Process Your Application Within Two Working Days. Most Commodities Support Unreasonable Returns. Special Offers And Customized Commodities Cannot Be Returned / Exchanged. We Will Set Reminders On The Product Page For Products That Cannot Be Returned / Exchanged.
The Longest After-Sales Period Of The Product Is 20 Days. When Your Storage Time Exceeds 20 Days, The Product Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged For You.
Note: We Need To Negotiate With The Seller For All After-Sales, And The Final After-Sales Decision Is In The Hands Of The Seller. If You Remove The Packaging Of The Goods, Such As Shoe Boxes, Packaging Bags, Etc., The Goods Will Not Be Able To Provide After-Sales Service. 4.How Much Does It Cost To Return Or Exchange Goods?

Answer: The Return Fee, If You Return The Goods Without Reason Or With Small Defects, You Need To Bear The Return Freight Of The Goods, And The Service Charge Of The Goods (10% Of The Total Amount Of The Goods) Will Not Be Returned. If It’s The Sellers Reason, The Seller Will Bear The Freight, But The Service Fee Will Not Be Refunded. As Long As The Goods Reach The Warehouse, The Service Fee Will Not Be Refunded.
Replacement Cost, If You Have No Reason To Replace Or Replace With A Small Defect, You Need To Bear The Shipping Cost Of The Goods. If The Seller Sends The Wrong Items Or Serious Quality Problems, The Seller Will Bear The Freight.

 

5.How Long Does It Take To Return Or Exchange Goods?

Generally Speaking, The Return Time Is Within 7-15 Days, We Will Process The Return And Refund. The Exchange Of Goods Is Within 7-20 Days, And New Products Will Be Restocked.

 

6.Why No One Processes The Order I Submitted? No One Responded To The Inquiry?

Our Working Hours Are Monday To Friday, Beijing Time, 9 Am To 6 Pm. Orders Submitted Before 14:00 Beijing Time From Monday To Friday Will Be Processed That Day; Orders Submitted After 14:00 Beijing Time From Monday To Thursday Will Be Processed The Next Day. Orders After 14:00 On Friday Will Be Processed Next Monday. Inquiries Submitted Will Also Be Replied Within 24 Hours. Inquiries After 18:00 On Friday Will Be Replied Next Monday.

 

一、我的商品价格多少?
答:网站上显示的价格就是商品的实际价格,包含中国国内运费,以及网站收取的服务费。

二、我的商品会寄送到哪里?
答:所有从网站上下单的商品都将会寄送到CFB合作的仓库。当商品到达仓库后,您需要自己安排寄送线路和支付国际运费。

三、如果不满意QC的话,可以退货/换货吗?
答:如果不满意的话,您可以在网站上提交退换货申请,我们会在两个工作日内处理您的申请。 大部分商品是支持无理由退货的,特价商品和定制商品是不可以退换的,我们会在商品界面设置提醒无法退换货的商品,请您下单时注意。
商品最长的售后期限是20天,当您的入库时间超过20天,商品是无法为您售后的。
注意:所有的售后我们都需要和卖家协商,最终的售后决定权在卖家手上。如果您去掉了商品的包装,如鞋盒、包装袋等等,商品将无法提供售后服务,请您在选择去除包装前仔细考虑。

四、退换货所需要的费用是多少呢?
答:退货费用,如果您是无理由退货或者小瑕疵退货,您需要承担商品的来回运费,并且商品的服务费(商品总金额的10%)是不会退回的。如果是卖家原因退货,卖家将承担运费,但是服务费也不会退还的。商品只要达到仓库,服务费就不会退还了。
换货费用,如果您是无理由换货或者小瑕疵换货,您需要承担商品的来回运费。如果是卖家运费发错货或者严重质量问题,卖家将承担运费。

 

五、退换货的时间需要多久呢?
通常来说,退货的时间是在7-15天内,我们会处理完成退货并退款。 换货的时候是在7-20天内,新的商品会重新入库。

六、我提交的订单怎么没人处理?咨询没人回复?
我们的工作时间是北京时间周一至周五,早上九点至下午6点,北京时间周一到周五14:00以前提交的订单,当天处理完毕;北京时间周一到周四14:00之后提交的订单,将在次日处理。周五14:00之后的订单将在下周一处理。 提交的咨询也会在24小时内回复,周五18:00之后的咨询将在下周一回复。
